Huawei won the hearts of customers in the west with innovative and quality products and services rather than low prices. That wasn’t all. Huawei focused on the so-called less desirable areas around the world, took risks for and with customers and invested in local talent so employees could give back to their own communities and more. Most of all, the Huawei team was never satisfied at doing good work, but striving to improve in every way possible.
